In order to keep our rental prices so low, renters must return the facilities to the state they were in when the renter arrived. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, removing any decorations, cleaning all surfaces including sinks, and removing all trash. Complete instructions will be sent with the rental contract or posted in the rental. If the rental is not returned to its cleaned state, the renter's deposit of $250 will be forfeited.

Pool Party Guidelines
Pool deck pavilion reservations for pool party:
- The pavilion on the pool deck can be reserved at no charge.
- Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance so we can notify our pool management company and determine if an extra lifeguard is needed.
Party size and guest limits:
- Pool parties are limited to 50 guests total, including both swimmers and non-swimmers.
- Only current members of the community center may host pool parties.
Lifeguard requirements:
- Any party with 15 or more people may require an additional lifeguard, depending on factors like the number of children, the day of the week, etc.
- The final decision on whether an extra lifeguard is needed will be made by Swim Club Management Group.
- If an additional lifeguard is required, the cost is $40 per hour, per additional guard-payment is the host’s responsibility.
Guest fees:
- Hosts are responsible for paying $5 per guest.
- Payment for guest fees and any additional lifeguard(s) must be arranged prior to the event.
Rules and clean-up:
- All guests must follow the posted pool rules at all times.
- Party hosts are responsible for cleaning up the pavilion and surrounding areas after the party.
- No alcohol is allowed at the pool or during any pool parties.
