In order to keep our rental prices so low, renters must return the facilities to the state they were in when the renter arrived. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, removing any decorations, cleaning all surfaces including sinks, and removing all trash. Complete instructions will be sent with the rental contract or posted in the rental. If the rental is not returned to its cleaned state, the renter's deposit will be forfeited.
